ATCNETS Basic

This service will test your server at 5-minute intervals. If it does not respond, our monitoring service will notify you immediately via email or pager. We will perform a soft reboot of the server.

ATCNETS Advanced

This includes the ATCNETS Basic Service package monitoring plus notification of 3 additional services. In addition, you receive:

• Hard rebooting of your server.
• Weekly reports for all monitored services are emailed directly to you.
